Before delivery

You can ask availability and product questions before dispatch. COD orders should be confirmed clearly in the WhatsApp conversation.

Damaged or wrong item

If a wrong item or visibly damaged sealed package is received, contact support immediately with SKU and order conversation details.

Opened hygiene products

Opened adult sex toys, lubricants or hygiene products cannot normally be returned for safety and privacy reasons unless local law requires otherwise.
